Following details should be submitted while intimating the loss to the surveyor:

ii. Of discovery of loss
iii. Police Complaint / FIR if any
iv. Incident report
The surveyor shall contact the insured immediately on receipt of intimation. Upon receipt of intimation the survey will be conducted within next best possible time based on the availability of Insured’s representative.
The Loss Adjuster carries out detailed investigation on the authenticity of the circumstances of loss and modus operandi adopted by culprits to commit the fraud. Thorough verification of information / documents will be done to compute the assessment of loss as per policy terms & condition.
